MathIdentical
比较两个数组值，如果全部元素匹配则返回true。
处理真实值数组的版本：
bool MathIdentical(
const double& array1[], // 数值的第一数组
const double& array2[] // 数值的第二数组
)处理整数值数组的版本：
bool MathIdentical(
const int& array1[], // 数值的第一数组
const int& array2[] // 数值的第二数组

- array1[]
[in] 进行比较的第一数组。
- array2[]
[in] 进行比较的第二数组。
返回值
如果数组相等返回true，否则返回false。
