The virtual handler of the control “ThumbDragProcess” event.

[in] Current X coordinate of mouse cursor.

[in] Current Y coordinate of mouse cursor.

true - event processed, otherwise - false.

The “ThumbDragProcess” occurs when the scroll bar control (thumb button) is moved.
